Frank Hannigan

I hope that I can open doors for Businesses, Cultural Organisations, Government Leaders and Research Institutes that will create value for both our economies and societies. Having visited Serbia for the last decade and a half, I know we have a huge amount in common.

Frank Hannigan is the founder member of the Irish-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, serving as Chairperson of the ISCC Board of Directors until September 2023.

He is the Founder and Partner of business advisory company Strategy Crowd with particular expertise in Commercial Growth, Innovation and Strategy.

Since 2000 he has established himself one of Ireland’s leading business advisors and coaches, working with Enterprise Ireland, EBRD, World Bank, European Commission and SFA among others.

Frank is a Business Graduate from University of Dublin, Trinity College; a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors.
